Emergency Community Support Fund opens for 2nd Round of Applications.

The County Foundation (TCF) is pleased to announce that it is accepting applications from qualified donees in Hastings and Prince Edward County for the Emergency Communities Support Fund (ECSF).  This is Round Two.  Applications open on October 5, 2020 and close on October 30th.  

The ECSF is a rapid response fund initiated by the Government of Canada to support qualified donees working with vulnerable populations impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.  

TCF will be accepting applications for grants with a maximum value of $15,000.  In total there is almost $173,000 available in this round.  All budget items must be project-rated and must be incurred between April 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021. 

Applicants who received ECSF funding in Round 1 can submit an application in Round 2 for project costs which were not funded in Round 1. Applicants cannot receive funding twice for the same project costs. Applicants must submit a budget to identify new eligible costs. 

Applicants who were declined in Round 1 of ECSF can submit an application for the same or different project costs, as long as funding for the project costs was not provided by any of the ECSF funding intermediaries in Round 1.
