Role Description
Convene, coordinate, and record discussions of working group and steering committee meetings
Provide monthly summary report on activities to TCF Board 
Interface with and solicit activity highlights from the working groups for inclusion in the digital Vital Signs report on TCF website
Sit on the Community Impact and Communications board committees and record discussions at meetings 
Support writing of grant applications and undertake reporting on successful grants
Other tasks as assigned by the Vital Signs lead 	
Experience and Requirements
Demonstrated interest in and commitment to collaborative work associated with the issue areas in TCF’s 2018 Vital Signs report
Flexibility and adaptability 
High level organizational skills
Excellent writing skills
Competent user of Microsoft Office suite
Compensation
$35 per hour, to a maximum of 300 hours p.a.
Additional hours for grant writing support as required
Contractor status, no benefits
