There are two entrance doors indicated in the yellow arrows on the map that will lead to The County Foundation's office (Suite 107). The entrances are located at the side of the building and the back of the building, and you cannot access our office from the front of the building. At the back of the building, our logo is located on one of the exterior windows if you need help finding our office.

Accessible Documents
The County Foundation will provide documents in an accessible format or with communication support, on request. We will consult with the person making the request to determine the suitability of the format or communication support. We will provide the accessible format in a timely manner and, at no additional cost.
