The purpose of this PEC Syria Funds – Education Fund is to, from time to time, provide grants and bursaries to former refugees pursuing post-secondary educational opportunities or training opportunities with a recognized organization, and who have been privately sponsored or supported by the volunteers Prince Edward County Syria (PEC Syria) within the County and the Bay of Quinte region.
