Support The County Foundation's Funds
The Vital Impact Fund is the signature fund of The County Foundation (TCF), bringing together the work of our Vital Signs data and our grants to better serve the needs of the Prince Edward County community. This fund responds to Vital Signs priorities in our community granting to agencies and charitable organizations doing valuable work towards cross-sectoral priorities such as healthcare, food security, the environment and education.
An excellent general fund to support if you want to help the community and you like knowing that granting decisions are guided by our Vital Signs data. This ensures our grants have a direct and positive impact across the County.
Do you believe in the work of The County Foundation? Consider supporting our organization’s innovation, growth and thought leadership by donating directly to support The County Foundation or our data collection work through Vital Signs.
Support our work directly so our team can continue facilitating grants, managing funds, working on collaborative projects with other organizations, analyzing Vital Signs data, and, most importantly, making Prince Edward County a better place for all to live and thrive.
